Why Home Builders Invest from a Case Construction Dealer

Home builders rely on construction equipment for multiple tasks that must be performed in order to enable construction projects, and reliability with a long lifecycle matters the most. For these two reasons alone, the most experienced home building firms contact a Case construction dealer for heavy machinery to compose their fleet. But why do the most successful home builders trust Case over other brands? This article will help to explain why.

You Get 24/7 Repairs from a Case Construction Dealer

Home builders have strict deadlines to follow. In some cases, failure to meet a deadline in a construction phase impacts the loan’s available funds that are dispersed from the buyer’s bank or lender to the builder. But if such a loan is not the case, a delay can still rack up thousands in unforseen costs that, 90 percent of the time, the builder eats. When backhoes, dozers, excavators and other pieces of construction machinery break down, quick repairs are crucial. When you build your fleet from a Case construction dealer, you have peace of mind knowing that repairs and rentals are available 24/7, rain or shine.

There is Likely a Case Construction Dealer Near Your Headquarters or Work Site

Another reason why home builders invest from a Case construction dealer is due to their availability and multiple locations across the country. When spare parts, repairs, rentals, or purchases are needed, knowing a Case construction dealer is nearby makes operations for the builder so much easier. For example, Sonsray Machinery has the highest numbers of Case construction dealerships on the west coast, making the brand an ideal choice for construction firms. They have a Case construction dealer in multiple Southern California locations, Northern California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada. And all of these dealerships are just from one authorized Case dealer.

You Get True Innovation from a Case Construction Dealer

Home builders trust their investment with Case because the brand is a true innovator. When you buy a backhoe from a Case construction dealer, you are investing in equipment that the brand actually invented. Back in the 1940s Case designed and engineered the world’s first backhoe for a water utility company in Massachusetts. They had specific needs that no other single piece of construction machinery could meet, so Case created the solution and as a result they are regarded as a true pioneering force in the world of construction equipment. Clearly, home builders that depend on reliable solutions to complex problems will invest in equipment from a Case construction dealer, given the brand’s history and reputation for designing the best machines for home building needs.

3 Main Reasons Why You Should Add a Phone Charging Station to Convention Centers

Convention centers are money-making mega forces for cities and individual organizations. Whether there is a tradeshow passing through town, or a world-famous convention like Comic Con, convention centers are a major source of revenue for cities and the companies that host them. And when you can attract more vendors, organizations and attendees, your ability to hit high-revenue targets climbs significantly.

One way to help keep your city’s convention center attractive and highly relevant as a potential space for housing major events and conferences is based on what kind of guest experience it fosters. This means the amenities need to reflect the needs of your clientele’s personas. This can be tricky, as convention centers attract multiple types of people from car enthusiasts to toy collectors, and from political rallies, to industry specific spaces. But one thing all people have in common is they are addicted to their cell phones, tablets, and portable devices. When one’s cell phone battery begins to run on its last leg people worry, they lose interest in what they are doing, and they seek an outlet for charging their mobile device. Due to this commonality people of all backgrounds share, cities and executive board members seek top companies that design a custom phone charging station for convention centers, and multiple charging stations at that. As they know a multi-device phone charging station in numerous locations throughout a convention center will attract and retain their vendors and general foot traffic.

This article is intended to help urban planners and executive board members that make overall design decisions on their city’s convention center learn the value of adding multiple cell phone charging stations throughout the space.

A Cell Phone Charging Station Encourages People to Stay and Spend

There is a certain model of cell phone charging station that allows convention center attendees the ability and confidence to leave their device charging while they shop the floor. Cell phone charging lockers allow people to secure their mobile devices as they juice up the battery, giving  users the ability to wander at will and not worry about device theft. There are also charging carts and cabinets that users can safely store and love their devices in. Cabinets, carts and charging lockers make for an ideal phone charging station to place throughout the floorplan of a large convention center.

Invest in a Phone Charging Station for Users who Need to Plug in and Work

About half the people who attend events at convention centers do so for work-related reasons. That said, having charging tables and charging work stations is ideal, as guests can plug in their laptops and tablets and finish their work-related tasks. Work and charge stations enable on-the-go users who need to stay on the convention floor but also work on various documents do both at the same time. Convention center planners can opt for collaborative power tables to wall-mounted workstations that make the most of smaller spaces and give users more privacy in multi-purpose environments.

When businesses partner with a high-quality IT management company, they will increase their ROI and save more money over time, tighten up overall security, discover and embrace new growth-driven technologies, maximize company efficiency, improve time management and discover solutions for newly unearthed needs. That said, finding the best IT management company is crucial. If you are a member of the C-suite, an executive manager, or you simply want to show your bosses how finding a new (or better) IT management company can help improve bottom line reporting, this article will offer tips in finding an ideal information technology services provider.

Collaboration Process

There are two types of IT management providers: those that rush in like a bull and tell you what you need, and those that collaborate with your teams at all organizational levels while making changes critical to helping you achieve your goals. Ask to see a framework that is adaptable and proven to work. Also, look to see past projects with full transparency and that show a healthy balance  of business and IT needs. You will also want to interview the team leader that will be handling your project; get a sense for how they communicate, listen, and ask questions. In order to have an effective IT management solution, one must be built upon the understanding of your business goals, how your teams work, and therefore collaboration must be flawless.

Types of IT Management Services

When looking for an IT management company, you will want to make sure they offer a broad range of services. Even if you think you only require one, often new needs will surface in the middle of a project, so knowing you have a highly-trained team capable of completing a project from start to finish is not only important from a time-saving perspective, but also a cost-saving one. Services any high-quality IT management company should offer includes:

  • IT assessments
  • IT strategy and design
  • IT implementation
  • IT project management
  • Data center modernization
  • IT risk assessment
  • IT hardware and software provider
  • HIT project management
  • IT business continuity planning
  • IT migration services

There are other services any top IT management company should offer in addition to these, but the areas covered above are absolutely crucial to have.

Industries Served and Resume

Clearly, you aren’t looking for a small home-ran business that has worked with a few mom and pop shops or a local school. The best IT management companies will have a portfolio of multiple industries, and big clients. From health care to entertainment, and from big utilities to large financial institutes, look for an IT management provider with multiple big-name clients, and major industries under their belt to ensure you are getting quality.
